LIBERATION.
Mind-blowing.
Earth-shattering.
Life changing.

A gathering of women who realised that enough was enough.
Enough apologising. Enough making themselves small.
Enough conforming. Enough modifying behaviour.
Enough shrinking.

A gathering of women who wanted to stand up. Speak out.
Be seen. Be heard. Be authentic.
Be themselves unapologetically.

Empowerment. Combined knowledge -
Of how important this message is.
Of how important representation is.
Of how important equality is.
Of how important authenticity is.
Of how important sisterhood is.
Of how vital my work is.
Of how vital CONSENT is.

Consent is not just a word.
As women, we don’t always think we can demand consent. CONSENT is your birthright.
Choice is your birthright.
Body autonomy is your birthright.
For the KATwalk, consent was key.
Choice was at the forefront of everything.
To choose how they showed up in their bodies.
It was bigger than nakedness.
It was the right to be naked if they chose to, or not.
Reclaiming ownership of their bodies.
CHOICE.

Everything was accepted.
Everything was ok. Everything was valid.
Everything was honoured.

UNAPOLOGETIC is the right to choose.
To be seen. To be heard.

Unapologetic is the continuation of the fight for women by women for equality in this world. Unapologetic is the war cry to all women across the world, because none of us is free unless we are all free.
Unapologetic is healing the women who walked before and the women who will walk after. Unapologetic is body autonomy.
Unapologetic is liberation.
It is a choice we make every day to be authentic.

Unapologetic is a revolution.
Unapologetic is a way of life.
