It’s all about camera angles.

Elongating your body with a lean to one side.
1 leg forward.
Good lighting.
Airbrushing. Photoshopping.

KEEPING IT REAL… My last pole class of 2025 was a

KEEPING IT REAL…
My last pole class of 2025 was a disaster, I turned up on week 3 of the choreo and couldn’t pick it up at all - it takes me ages to remember a choreo at the best of times!!! The choreo itself was AMZING and I’d love to know it, and the teacher is amazing… but it was a disaster for me… the video says it all hahahahah
And my first pole lesson in 2026 was a disaster. I had no strength, couldn’t stick to the pole and basically did a spin and climb the whole lesson - I’d forgotten moves that I nailed 2 years ago… and am even further than ever from inverting…
I really did wonder on Sunday if I should just stop pole and try something else!!!!!!!!!
The only bonus is that I have a new pole outfit that my lovely daughter bought me for Christmas.
Anyway, I always said I’d share the rough with the smooth…
Most people only post social media perfection - I post it all, the ups and downs - let’s make disasters normalised and all realise that we’re just chaotic messes trying to live.

I’m tired by the brokenness of the world.

I’m working non-stop to try and pull these paintings and the UPRISING exhibition together, as well as LIVE SHOW….
I love texture, each background already had many many many layers on, all very meaningful.
There’s also already lots of magic imbued into each canvas!
NOW WE ARE ON FIRE LAYER

Hopefully in the next few days I’ll start drawing and painting all of the glorious goddess women over these backgrounds!

Become ok with that fact.
Their thoughts are not your responsibility.
Their feelings are not yours to fix.
Never change yourself.
You can’t change how they feel about you.
So don’t even bother to try.
Just be you.
Authentically.
In your own magical lane.
And go about your business.
And be happy.

Here… you are watching the words of the women go up in flames.
Watching them burn.
Watching them be released to the universe.
Their story is not over.
The ending is theirs to write.
UPRISING is their new chapter.
The fire didn’t destroy them.
It made them strong.
Laughing in the face of the flames.

SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAINTING.
Alchemy, healing, sacredness, energy manipulation, LIFE CHANGING.

The aim of the “flames” layer isn’t to delete or erase their words. It isn’t to blot out and pretend they don’t exist. Their words are a part of them and will always be metaphorically visible – like they are physically visible on the canvasses.
The “flames” layer are the magic that screams THEY ARE NOT THEIR PAST, THEY ARE stepping out of the flames, rising like a phoenix and becoming the powerful creatrix of their own destiny.

I am the Serpent Queen, with my reptilian crowning glory.
Writhing and hissing, sniffing out the rot in society.
Chasing out the secrets.
Unveiling the deceit.
Wronged.
Yet punished for it.
I refuse to shrink because of this.
Look into my eyes.
They hold my war cry.
Fear me for I will turn you to stone.
Unveiling your betrayal.
Forcing you to face the truth.
Disrespect me at your peril.
Wild and free – I am the release from entrapment.
For the pure and strong of heart, I am your beacon.
I am your path – mere mortals cannot endure my rare beauty.
I am devoted to you – to your growth.
Strong.
Empowered.
Unapologetic.
I am more loyalty than you could ever imagine.
And I am all for you.

For retribution.
